Thank you for your interest in working at the Library.

We have great opportunities for NU students at the Main Library, Math Library,  and Science and Engineering Library located on Evanston Campus and the Schaffner Library located on Chicago Campus.

When can I apply for Library Jobs (e.g. Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer quarter)?

Applications can be submitted anytime a postion is open and  posted on the Library Student Job Listing webpage.  Below is a schedule of when the hiring process begins for each quarter.

• Fall Quarter (begins New Student week in September)
  • Fall JOBS will be posted on the student jobs listing webpage beginning  the first Friday in September
  • Fall Student Recruitment begins the Monday that New Student Week begins in September
• Winter Quarter (begins the second Monday in December)
• Spring Quarter (begins the second Monday in March)
• Summer Quarter (begins the second Monday in May)*
