Both scanning station computers are located in the main Art reading room and equipped with Adobe Web Premium Creative Suite 3, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Professional, among other programs. Files can be emailed, printed in color or grayscale, and/or saved to your CD or portable drive. Art opens at 8:30 every day except Sunday, and mornings are the best times to come in if you need a lot of time on the scanner. Please check ARTstor (http://library.artstor.org) and MDID (http://images.northwestern.edu) to save yourself time and avoid re-scanning something that's already digitized. Basic instructions are posted next to both scanners.
