The Library's Networked CD Service Error Messages
The Library has a user license for Citrix that allow 25 concurrent connections to our server. These two error messages mean that all available Citrix connections are in use.
All databases available via Citrix are titles the University Library has a valid license to network. Many databases have specific restrictions as to how many users may simultaneously use the resource. Citrix enforces these restrictions and displays the connection error above when there are no more available connections for the database.
Only run one instance of any databases (or application) can run during a single open session. This error message appears when you try to start an application again while the first connection is still running. It is not possible to open a second session while a current one is running.
