Request Library Storage Facility Materials (LSF)

The following materials have been relocated to the Library Storage Facility:

• Annual reports (through 2001)
  
• Northwestern University dissertations and theses (through 2001)
  
• Archives
  
• Superceded reference materials
  
• Selected back-runs of journals

The location "Storage Facility" in NUcat indicates that the material is housed at the facility, which is not accessible to patrons. (The location "MAIN Lower Level Storage" is in the basement of the Main Library, which is accessible to patrons and requires no retrieval request.)

Use one of the forms below to request materials:

Request books, dissertations, journals, etc., from the Library Storage Facility

Request an article from a journal in the Library Storage Facility (NU faculty only)

Research Assistants for NU faculty may make article scanning requests on behalf of a faculty member, but must be set up with the official link to the Faculty member's borrowing account on the Research Assistant's WILDCARD. You must state the name and e-mail address of the faculty member for whom you are requesting an article scan in the Comments section if you are a Research Assisant.
