| RE: Register for special topics for Electronic Resources Training (09/20/04 & 09/21/04) |
We are pleased to announce the list of special topic (breakout)
sessions for the 2004 Humanities and Social Sciences Computing/Introduction
to Electronic Resources Training, 09/20 & 09/21. We are certain that
you will find this introductory program invaluable to your work as scholars,
and invite you now to visit http://www.library.northwestern.edu/collections/sept2004/
to see the detailed event schedule. In order to make this event as fruitful
and as efficient as possible, we ask that you complete the registration
form indicating your session preferences.
For scheduling purposes, we need to have your requests in hand no later
than Thursday, September 9. Everyone needs to attend the entire event
on Monday, 9/20/2004. The registration
form is for the breakout sessions on 9/21/2004 only. While you are
expected to sign up for at least one session, we welcome you to take
as many as your schedule allows. You should select two sessions, in order
of preference, from each breakout session time slot that interests you.
We will do our best to accommodate
your preferences.
