Core Collection
Level 2, North Tower
The Core Collection is a library within the library, a non-circulating collection of about 35,000 key books that reflect the undergraduate curriculum at Northwestern. Selectors for the collection recommend titles that are well written and important in their subject areas, but not too technical or specialized for the general reader.
Core contains group study rooms, numerous study tables and 20 lap-top ethernet connections.
Special study hours
During the regular school year Core remains open until 2 a.m., Sunday through Thursday evenings. During Exam week Core stays open for 24 hours.
