Give feedback through LibQual survey
From May 1 to May 31, the University Library will conduct LibQual, a web-based survey that will be sent to a randomly selected sample of Northwestern University faculty, staff, and students. LibQual is an instrument that was developed nationally by the Association of Research Libraries and has been used by more than 200 libraries each year since its inception to help libraries determine the quality of library services, space, and access as perceived by clientele.
If you are randomly selected and receive an e-mail request to fill out the survey, please consider completing it. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to finish. A high response rate is essential if the Library is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of your view of our services; what works, what doesn’t, and what new services you would like to see. The survey and responses are completely confidential. Individual survey responses are kept confidential and only aggregated data are reported.
We look forward to hearing from you!
