This form will allow you to submit your course reserve request to the Mathematics library. All requests will be processed on first-come, first-serve basis. We strongly recommend you to send in your request four weeks before the beginning of the Quarter. The requests received later during the quarter will be processed within 24-72 hours. Please read the SEL reserve guidelines for details.
