New Playback Equipment in the Listening Center

Printer-friendly versionSend by email

Library users will be happy to see new equipment in the Music Library Listening Center. Now, nearly all formats of sound recordings can be used in newly equipped carrels allowing library patrons to control the equipment themselves. Listening to open reel tapes is still mediated by LC staff, but CDs, records, cassettes and DAT may now be used in the new listening stations without the need for LC staff help.
