On this New York Times article (free subscription required) the author makes a very good case describing when we should request a face-to-face meeting instead of conducting business meeting through emails or videoconferencing. Bottom line: fly if you are going to have an argument!

And on this JetWhine blog entry  the author tackles the thorny issue of "gastronomically challenged" flyers and what can passengers do. Additional bonus points should be given for the "lively" comments pro- and against the author's point of view.
