NASA Announces Designs for Personal Flying Suit

On January 21, 2010, the New York Times "In Transit" blog revealed NASA's recent plans to create a "personal flying suit." The vehicle, affectionately known as Puffin, would be self-contained (meaning no detachable jet pack) and would be able to perform "high-altitude" aerobatics.
