Humanities & Social Sciences Computing Event

For handouts and information on speakers who participated in the Humanities & Social Sciences Computing/Introduction to Electronic Resources Event on September 20-21, go to http://www.library.northwestern.edu/collections/sept2004/.

The event is hosted annually by the Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences and Northwestern University Library. The purpose of the event is to ensure that entering doctoral students in the humanities and social sciences have a solid working overview of the electronic resources that are relevant to their research and are readily available, either generally via the web or as proprietary databases that are restricted to members of the Northwestern community.

This year's event also included a presentation of digitally driven works of original scholarship by Weinberg College faculty.
