Publishing Open Access: What's in it for the Author?

Three faculty members from Northwestern University's Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences will discuss their experience with publishing, editing, and launching open access journals. Topics the panel will address include: can publishing open access help increase author visibility and citation rates? How do open access and peer review work together? And, could publishing open access have an impact on the tenure and promotion process?
