A lecture by Ed Valauskas, Instructor at the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at Dominican University and the founder and current editor-in-chief of First Monday, one of the first openly accessible, peer–reviewed journals on the Internet, solely devoted to the Internet. The lecture will be followed by an opening reception for the new Center for Scholarly Communication & Digital Curation.
