You can find your course materials in one of two ways:
You can connect directly to Course Reserve [1] via NUcat [2]. This will take you directly to the NUcat Course Reserve search engine where you can search by instructor, course number or department.
You may also access the web-browsable NUcat [2]. The opening page of NUcat [2] presents you with several search options; click "Course Reserve." From there, you can search by instructor, department, and course number. Once the course reserve list is retrieved, you can click on the title, which will then present you with the item’s record and call number.
All regular reserve items are held at the circulation desk and organized according to call number. Present the desk attendant with the call number and s/he will retrieve the item for you.
Regular reserve materials have highly restricted loan periods and steep overdue fines. Below are the three loan periods.
In most cases, overdue and fine notices are sent via email. If you have a question about such a notification, please contact the Seeley G. Mudd Library circulation desk during 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekdays. All fines are payable at the Circulation Desk.
All Seeley G. Mudd Library reserve materials must be returned to the Seeley G. Mudd Library circulation desk only. Do not return SEL reserve items to any other library's circulation or reserve desk or the outdoor book drops. You will accrue overdue fines on items that are returned to other NU libraries.
