A Chronic Problem

Last Friday afternoon there was another fatality at a commuter railroad station not far from here. The emotional and physical toll of this incident will be hard to quantify or forget. Today, as I was researching for topics for this week's story, I came across this Naperville Sun [2]story about pedestrian safety around railroads.
