On this New York Times article http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/26/business/26road.html? [2]ref=business (free subscription required) the author makes a very good case describing when we should request a face-to-face meeting instead of conducting business meeting through emails or videoconferencing. Bottom line: fly if you are going to have an argument!
And on this JetWhine blog entry http://www.jetwhine.com/2010/02/wedged-in-the-window-seat/ [3] the author tackles the thorny issue of "gastronomically challenged" flyers and what can passengers do. Additional bonus points should be given for the "lively" comments pro- and against the author's point of view.
