Co-Instructor and Teaching Assistant Access

The Course Reserves tool is accessible to any Instructor, Co-Instructor or Teaching Assistant (TA) enrolled in the CMS course site.  

All Instructors, Co-Instructors and TA's enrolled in a CMS course site will be able to:

• Access the Course Reserves tool
• Request reserve items
• Edit reserve items
• Delete reserve items
• Add, delete, edit item tags
• See reserve item usage

To grant others permission to administer the Course Reserves tool, they must first be enrolled in your CMS course site, and assigned the proper role (for example, TA).
