What:   

“Our Serials Price Increase Report is a service for customers aimed at providing a more comprehensive survey of annual serial price increases and works therefore as an improved budgeting tool for libraries.”

When:       

Monthly from October, with the final report appearing in February. For example, projections of price increases or decreases expected in the year of 2013 begin with reports in October through December of 2012 and end with reports in January and February of 2013.

Access:

(1) If you have a Swets account, login. Then click on the Help button. Look to the menu on the left of the screen and find the Miscellaneous section. Scroll down a little to the link to Serials Price Increase Report.
