Academic Search Premier provides citations to journal articles covering almost all academic disciplines.
- Academic OneFile
A collection of peer-reviewed, full-text articles in HTML and PDF format from more than 8000 journals with extensive coverage of the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature, and other subject; intended primarily for academic researchers.

This database provides bibliographic information and some abstracts from articles from more than 5,700 journals in the sciences, more than 1,700 in the social sciences, and more than 1,100 in the arts and humanities.
Lexis Nexis Academic
Among many other sources this database indexes national and international newspapers, news wires, magazines, and trade journals.
Global Newsbank
Citations and selected full-text articles from U.S. and international news sources, including wire services, broadcasts, transcripts, newspapers and periodicals. Users may search by key word within the full-text, or within the headline, lead paragraph or source title.
