How to Make a Patent Request

  1. Fill in all or as much of the information as you can but you must fill in all requested fields (indicates a required element) in order for your request to be processed.
  2. When you are done, click on "Send your Patent Request" to send your request to the Main Interlibrary Loan Office.
  3. Or, if you wish to start over, click the "Reset form" button. This will clear the form and you can start over or cancel at this point
