New Media Editing Workstations

The newly-named John P. McGowan Information Commons has expanded its services to include media editing workstations. Six new top of the line 27" iMacs have been installed with the cutting-edge software such as FinalCut Pro 7and Adobe CS5 Web Premium Suite. This equipment and software will help facilitate Northwestern students in converting any type of media to the digital media and then successfully editing, capturing and creating rich multimedia products to share with the world.  They stations are available all the hours that the library is open, with priority use reserved for media and image-editing needs.
