Using the NUPrint web portal  . . .

  • You can log onto https://nuprint.northwestern.edu from your dorm, or anywhere on or off campus to queue up print jobs.

  • You can release your print jobs at a library printer without needing to sit down at a library computer first.

  • You can queue up print jobs for up to 24 hours in advance of arriving at the library to release them.

  • You use this same Web Print feature in NUPrint for laptop printing within the library.

Submitting Jobs to your NUPrint Queue

  1. Save the document, spreadsheet, PDF, etc. you want to print to a file on your laptop.

The window displays the various file types that Web Print can process for printing.

  2. Click "Open", then click the "Upload and Complete" button.

Please Note: You do not release print jobs from within the web portal.

Please Note: If you do not release your job within 24 hours of uploading a file to your queue it will be automatically deleted.
