  • Voyager Liaison for School of Speech, MMLC, and Art Slide Library.

  • Supervised 3 full-time employees and 3 work/study students.

  • Coordinated and supervised large scale minimal level cataloging, conversion, and online catalog maintenance projects.

  • Web Coordinator (Catalog Department). Co-created and maintained Catalog Department web pages. Created CORC web site in coordination with Rebecca Routh.

  • TiLT Consultant/Advisor. Participated in planning and implementation of TiLT seminar. Taught classes on file management and organization, project management, and HTML. Familiar with basic procedure and issues concerning web publishing and media acquisition.

  • Hidden Collections Survey: inventory of all collections with limited or non-existent online bibliographic access. Created survey form, database, input form, and reports for collected data.

  • Past projects included record creation and bar coding of over 70,000 titles for the Transportation Library and similar projects for Core and Reference libraries.

  • Copy cataloging, Retrospective conversion, and online record maintenance.

  • Served as Voyager Trainer for NOTIS/Voyager Transition.

  • Responsible for Transfers, Withdrawals and Call number changes for library materials.

  • Participated in the mass retrospective conversion initiative to convert all titles in the library's card catalog and worked in coordination with contracted OCLC retrospective conversion group to complete project.
