On Display January 16, 2003 to March 10, 2003

There are lots of different countries in the news you may not know a lot about. The Government Publications and Maps Department has many publications from both federal and international sources from which you can learn more about the countries themselves, as well as the issues being discussed in the news. We also have many maps from around the world to help you get better aquianted with the places in the news. For this idsplay, we focused on four places in the world that have been in the news a lot lately: Iraq, North Korea, Afganistan, and Israel and Palestine. Below you will find a list of the publications on display, but there are a lot more where they came from!
