NIDL exists to promote cooperation and communication among librarians
in Illinois who work with government documents. Meetings are held twice
a year in the spring and the fall. NIDL has no dues, and although NIDL
consists largely of individuals from northeastern Illinois, interested
persons from throughout the state are welcome to attend meetings. NIDL
was organized in 1990 following the dissolution of the Chicago Academic
Library Council.
Contact NIDL Co-coordinators Paulette Harding
or Gabrielle Toth for
more information.
The NIDL web site is maintained
through the courtesy of the Government
and Geographic Information and Data Services Department, Northwestern
University Library. Corrections or suggestions should be directed
to Charmaine
