How to make a Book Request

  1. You must fill in all the sections under Personal Information in order for your request to be processed.
  2. Fill in all or as much of the Book Information as you can.
  3. When you are done, click on Send your Book Request to send your request to the Interlibrary Loan department, or, if you wish to start over, click on "Clear the form".
