Manuscripts and Archives
Below is an alphabetical list of manuscript archives in the McCormick Library. At the present time only the underlined collections have descriptions and/or content lists available online. Contact our staff for information regarding any of the other collections of interest to you. An alphabetical database of some of the writers with materials held within these collections is also available.
In addition, the McCormick Library of Special Collections is contributing finding aids to the Northwestern University Library "Archival Collections" portal. This database provides access to collections of primary-source materials held by various departments within Northwestern University's libraries, through finding aids made searchable through EAD (Encoded Archival Description).
