Instruction Services
Northwestern librarians work with classes and groups to give instruction on library tools.
We can meet with a class to:
- Introduce students to the library resources and services, as well as specific resources that are pertinent to coursework
- Provide instruction in the use of particular resources in a workshop setting
Librarians can also meet with groups of students, faculty or staff to introduce the library's services, give tours, discuss a research topic and research strategies or provide instruction on particular resources.

- Faculty can schedule a class instruction session by completing the online request form below, by calling the Reference Desk at 847-491-7656, or by contacting their subject librarian.
