Northwestern faculty, staff and students can reserve the Devereaux Foundation Room for medium-to-large programs. When not reserved for events, the room functions as a quiet reading and study space.
The Devereaux room is the Libraries' largest reservable space and has flexible layouts.

Events with expected attendance under 50 should consider using the Ver Steeg Lounge.
Hybrid and flexible setups are possible with consultation. Please include in your request any questions about suitable layouts.
The room is set up as a reading room by default when not reserved.

A/V available for presentations. Includes lectern with microphone.

A/V and lectern optionally available.

Instructions for AV equipment are provided in the room. Library staff are unavailable to provide AV support.
