Application for Filming and Photography

The Libraries screen requests to film in library spaces. 

Guidelines

• Of primary importance is that photographers do not inconvenience library users by creating a disturbance or by hindering access to areas of the library or its collections.

• Filming is not permitted outside of the library's open hours.

• All requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the requested shooting date.

• All requests from outside the Northwestern community must be made directly to Stephen Lewis in Northwestern's Global Marketing office: stephen.j.lewis@northwestern.edu
