The Minow Research Grant supports access for researchers interested in the extensive history of Northwestern University documented within our University Archives, but also supports research into broader areas where Northwestern alumni, faculty, students, and staff have made an impact.
The McCormick Library of Special Collections and University Archives at Northwestern stewards the John Cage Collection, an extensive archive of primary sources documenting the life and work of one of the most revolutionary composers of the 20th-century.
Undergraduate Archival Research Project Prizes are cash prizes awarded to the best scholarly work using primary sources that present a significant and well-researched analysis on a historical topic. The projects will be judged on their clarity of focus, originality of argument and historical analysis, relevancy and comprehension of applied primary sources, and contribution to their related field of study.
