Printing is available at University (Main) Library. Materials can be printed from a library workstation or a personal phone, laptop, or tablet. See instructions for library, laptop and remote printing.
Printing costs and payment
Northwestern users print through NUPrint, a system that processes requests through funds or credits that have been added to your account. Printing costs for members of the Northwestern community are:
- Two-sided (duplex) black and white prints: 4 cents per side (8 cents per sheet)
- One-sided (simplex) black and white prints: 5 cents per side/sheet.
- Color prints: 20 cents per side
- Plotter: $2.50 per square foot (Calculate print cost on our plotter user guide)
Please note that the Libraries do not issue refunds for funds that are unused by graduation.
